Dance Phrase





This is Rebecca Curtis (me) Shannon O Dowd and Julia McCaughley. We Practicsed these phrases that we learnt in our studio practice sessions with Kayte Coe and Andrea. When doing these phrases we focused on elongating the spine and the idea of a floating skull. By filming these phrases it lets us see the placement of our bodys and see where we need to improve.

For example, in this phrase I can see that I need to improve on releasing tension in my neck and embrace the idea of a floating skull. This will help my enlignment of my spine during the phrase.
